According to Meshack Mabogoane, the Secretary General of the Forum of Black Journalists (PDF), AIDS is a preventable disease, and poverty can be significantly reduced by people acting like humans, not savages on viagra, and breeding less poverty stricken and unwanted babies, if families concentrate their wealth and education, prior to procreating:
That South Africa has the highest Aids infection and death rates is neither altogether Mbeki's doing, nor coincidental. Legislation and other government-driven policies and programmes have engendered an environment that has escalated the pandemic. For example, the permissive pregnancy rules and social grants (especially for children) introduced by the Constitution and government have encouraged teenagers and unmarried women to have children on a large scale. The spread of Aids has been a consequence; the evidence is there for all to see. And so too there is a high correlation between this abnormal government-sponsored population explosion, on the one hand, and the deepening of the Aids crisis, of Malthusian poverty aggravation, moral degeneration and social disintegration on the other. So moving on to Haiti; whose black leaders also could not be -- it appears -- bothered with the clear logic of Mr. Magoboane, but instead prefer the ANC's logic; is Haiti population demographics self inflicted:
The population of Haiti in 2003 was estimated by the United Nations at 8,326,000, which placed it as number 90 in population among the 193 nations of the world. In that year approximately 4% of the population was over 65 years of age, with another 43% of the population under 15 years of age. Haiti is the most densely populated country in the Western Hemisphere; the population density in 2002 was 254 per sq km (659 per sq mi).

Who forced all these Haitians to breed like rabbits on viagra? It sure wasn't Joyce Tarnow, from Floridians for Sustainable Population, a gray-haired mother of three who's a feminist, an environmentalist, and very concerned with population growth; and former owner of an abortion clinic, who frequently went to work in a flack jacket, because there are quite a few conservative white males in America desperately -- In Gods Name -- concerned that black women be allowed to breed as many black poverty stricken babies as possible:
Fertility is an environmental issue. That's why I try to get as many people sterilized as are in my way! America can't take all the people in the world. We need to help nations that can subsist and let others wither on the vine. Haiti has denuded the whole land. Stew in your own juices!Which echoes Garret Harden's Tragedy of the Commons:
If each human family were dependent only on its own resources; if the children of improvident parents starved to death; if thus, over breeding brought its own "punishment" to the germ line -- then there would be no public interest in controlling the breeding of families. But our society is deeply committed to the welfare state, and hence is confronted with another aspect of the tragedy of the commons.
